pvipp Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the pvipp online gaming platform ("Platform" or "pvipp") and any user of the platform ("user", "member" or "you"). By accessing the pvipp website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this platform. These terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use pvipp's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. For ages 21+ If this requirement is not met, pvipp reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds at any time.

• You are providing genuine, accurate, and complete personal information.
• You are an adult (at least 21 years of age).

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pvipp may request identity verification from you at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be required.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, per household, per device, or per IP address. If multiple accounts are opened, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login password and account information completely confidential. pvipp is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your account information with a third party or allowing someone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

It is your responsibility to keep the information in your account accurate and up to date at all times. If any details change, please notify our support team as soon as possible.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at pvipp is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

The following conditions apply to the withdrawal process:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method used for the deposit.
• If a deposit was made with a bonus, withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
• pvipp reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request for verification if fraud is suspected.
• Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pvipp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳200 is required, and the total bonus amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 20 times (20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Not all game types may be available for play with bonus funds — pvipp determines which games are eligible for bonus use.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• pvipp reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to earn bonuses using multiple accounts, the associated bonuses will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

pvipp's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

The outcome of all games on the pvipp platform is determined by a fully random and verifiable process. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Gaming Activity

• If a technical issue occurs during a game, the game round may be cancelled and the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the case of abnormal winnings due to a software error or technical issue, pvipp reserves the right to withhold the relevant payment for verification.
• If a user intentionally exploits any system vulnerability, the associated earnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and game category has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. pvipp reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pvipp platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated software (bots), scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account or any attempt at hacking.
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's documents.
• Threatening or harassing other users on the platform.
• Copying or distributing platform content without authorization.

8. Responsible Gaming

pvipp takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that online gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a solution to financial problems.

• Never bet more than you can afford.
• Avoid the urge to bet more in the hope of recovering money you have lost.

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Illegal or suspicious activity.

11.2 User Rights

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance subject to wagering requirements being met.

12.1 Changes to Terms
